Ronald Hilliman, and his brother Germain, showed up to work the day after Hurricane Irma in 2017. The two had lost their entire home; only the foundation remained, and all of their possessions. When asked what they wanted to do, their joint answer was simple: ‘we need to work’. Work they did. For 12 to 14 hours a day, 7 days a week, the men worked to help Parts & Power’s customers recover. Indeed, they have never stopped in their commitment to customer service and excellence. This, combined with his high reviews by customers and the high regard of his peers, earned Hilliman the outstanding Employee of the Quarter.
