Lime Out St. Thomas Opens Floating Taco Bar in Lindbergh Bay
Lime Out St. Thomas opens in Lindbergh Bay, bringing floating tacos, cocktails, and boat-up dining to the U.S. Virgin Islands.
A New Floating Dining Destination in St. Thomas
Talk about tacos with a view! The U.S. Virgin Islands’ favorite floating taco bar is making a splash with its newest outpost. Lime Out St. Thomas is now anchored in Lindbergh Bay, expanding the wildly popular concept that helped its Coral Bay, St. John flagship location earn global acclaim, including being named one of TIME magazine’s World’s Greatest Places.
The larger, 850-square-foot solar-powered bar serves the brand’s signature tacos and cocktails, as well as new dishes crafted exclusively for St. Thomas.
“Lime Out St. Thomas is a culmination of what we believe to be some of the most beautiful attributes of the Virgin Islands—the sea, contagious energy, vibrant food, and welcoming hospitality,” says Chelsea Baranowski, co-founder.
New Tacos and Cocktails for St. Thomas
Led by Chef Amaro Rivera, the menu features hits like the Surf & Turf, Rum-Rib Pulled Pork, and Ceviche tacos, alongside new offerings such as the ‘Bless Up’ taco with jerk-seasoned chicken, pickled cabbage, jerk sauce, and a pineapple–red onion–cilantro relish.
Guests can arrive by boat, yacht, or shuttle and enjoy fresh cocktails, including The Danger (Thai chili-infused 100% blue agave tequila, fresh watermelon juice, fresh lime juice, pineapple simple syrup) and Nene’s Margarita.
