Service with a smile is why a boatload of Boston Whaler dealers have been honored for excellence in customer satisfaction. In May, the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) released the results of its 2017 Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dealership surveys. Sixty-two outstanding Boston Whaler dealers were recognized, with a total of 82 awards for excellence in customer satisfaction in the categories of Sales and Service, up from 55 dealers honored last year.
“This recognition is a great achievement,” says Nick Stickler, president of the Edgewater, Florida-headquartered, 60-year-old manufacturer of unsinkable runabouts, cruisers and center console boats. “The CSI Award speaks to the efforts of our incredibly talented team and our truly world-class dealer network.”
The 2017 CSI Award dealer recipients achieved an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year.
