It is said that charity begins at home and for the yacht Blue Eyes – patrons of The Marina at Marigot Bay – Marigot Bay is just that, a second home. On Thursday May 27, 2010, Scott and Kathy Taylor, owners of the yacht Blue Eyes, donated food supplies to be distributed amongst under-privileged families in the surrounding communities of Marigot and Coolie Town.
“We are happy to be able to share whatever we can with others, however little it may be. We are hoping that it will help in one way or another,” says Kathy.
Marina manager, Bob Hathaway says, “The Marina at Marigot Bay has made every effort to ensure that the surrounding communities benefit from the existence of this organization and this is just another effort geared to achieve this objective.”
