In Memory of Fletcher Pitts of Coral Bay, St. John

Both the St John and wider Caribbean sailing community was saddened to hear of the death of Fletcher Pitts, who passed away on Christmas Day, aged 51. Fletcher was a popular local liveaboard and sailing instructor who founded the Coral Bay KATS program in 1988, thanks to which thousands of local sailors received their first taste of dinghy sailing. A memorial service was held on January 1 at Johnson’s Bay Beach, Coral Bay, St John.
