Prize money depends on the number of boats entered but can add up to $100,000 or more. “The blue marlin bite is amazing with double digit days common during the mid-February to mid-May season,” says tournament director, Rick Alvarez. Certified observers are on all boats. Tournament benefits children’s charity, the Patronato Oriental – Hogar del Niño.
