A Gulf-front grand prix that serves as the main warm-up and qualifier for the Key West world championship each autumn. The course runs close to the beach, so crowds watch for free from the sand near Pier 60.

  • Where to watch: Clearwater Beach around Pier 60 (turn one is about 100 yards off the pier); race boats are pitted at Sand Key Park; free admission
