Forty Skippers Will Share Their Experiences with Running-Rigging made With Dyneema® Fiber
Dyneema® is looking for people who not only love to sail but enjoy writing about their passion and sharing it with others. This was the thought behind the creation of the Dyneema® Experience Team which will consist of forty (40) skippers who will have their boats rerigged for free by Dyneema® and its corporate partners. Some of these newly rerigged boats will feature premium quality high performance lines from New England Ropes and in exchange, the Experience Team will test the running-rigging and write about their overall experiences with it on various social media platforms.
“The variety of platforms provide an excellent means of communication for Dyneema® Experience Team members, says Marianne Badurina, Marketing Communications Manager at New England Ropes. “Team Members will have the ability to be very creative in the way that they share their responses by integrating video, facebook posts, tweets, and pictures which will truly give us a first hand look at how the product is used in its natural environment by those who love the sport the most. We are very excited to read about their experiences and to see the comments of other sailors on the team and beyond,” adds Badurina.
