Island Global Yachting (IGY) has taken a major step toward sustainability with the launch of a large-scale solar power generation project at Yacht Haven Grande in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.

This initiative, announced in September 2024, is a collaboration between IGY and ProSolar Caribbean, a leading solar energy provider in the region. The project features a rooftop photovoltaic array designed to supply clean, renewable energy to the mixed-use marina property.
