PART OF EUROPEAN SPACE – VISA ENTRY REQUIREMENT FOR BOTH PASSENGERS & CREW
- Valid Schengen Visa with an extension for the French DOM-TOM (issued by a French Embassy)
CRUISING TOURISM – No Visa required if in possession of:
- Valid ‘Permit to live & Work’ (ex. Carte de Séjour) in any member of the European Union(EU), the European Economic Community(ECC), or of the countries of Switzerland, Andorra, Monaco or Saint Marin
- Valid ‘Permit to live & Work’ (ex. Green Card) in the United States, Canada or Japan
- Valid Schengen only Visa delivered by a French Embassy
CRUISING TOURISM – If no Visa or other document
- Permission restricted to exceptional cases – A valid visa to enter into any country of the EEC or the USA would be a key consideration….. Call Douglas Yacht Services
SEARCH & RESCUE INCIDENT – Visa is waived for time required
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- The immigration authorities will go to the yacht even at anchor

- All done electronically – In/Out at one time for <48 hour visit; Entry valid for 18 months.
- Douglas Yacht Services authorized for pre-clearance In/Out sent via Email as a *.pdf file.
- Original boat register + passports available for inspection onboard Yacht
BASE FOR MEGAYACHTS
- Private register. Temporary entry valid for 18 months (every departure re-starts the clock)
- Commercial yacht on charter: Pick-up and drop-off are no problem provided:
- A charter contract is on board that was contracted/signed outside of Martinique
- A full professional crew is on board
FREIGHT DELIVERY TO YACHTS INTRANSIT
- No duty on any product nor health permission for fresh meat & produce for direct delivery
- Same day customs clearance & delivery service in place (weekdays)
- Best quality bunker (sulfur ~0.02; flash point > 60°, density ~0.842) at duty free prices:
