Southport’s flotilla closes the town’s week-long WinterFest, running lit sail, power and paddle craft along the historic riverfront where the Cape Fear meets the waterway. It is backed by the city, the local yacht club and the downtown association.

- Route: From Old American Fish upriver along the city waterfront (to Deep Point Marina in 2024; to Marker 19 near The Landings in 2025), then back along the waterfront and out the Intracoastal Waterway past Southport Marina.
