Panama City Beach fires synchronized ‘dueling’ fireworks from its City and County piers over the Gulf. The display usually goes up at 9:00 pm. Where to watch: From the water: twin displays fire from the ends of the two Gulf piers, so boats watch from offshore, well seaward of both pier ends. Ashore: the beach near Pier Park and the County Pier.
