Join Guy Harvey Outpost and Nova Southeastern University for the Blazing Mako Tournament & Festival hosted by the Islander Resort, a Guy Harvey Outpost in Islamorada, FL. This four-day event will continue the Bonfire Series Tradition by featuring a Blazing Mako Bonfire, sculpted and created by renowned Florida Keys artist and resident, Roberto “Pasta” Pantaleo. This event will also include a one-day Corporate Fishing Tournament with both offshore and inshore categories, as well as “Conchservation Village” on the sprawling Islander Resort beach with over 100 vendors showcasing art, food, merchandise, and science to benefit marine conservation. And what is a festival without music? Live bands will be beachside on the NSU Mako Music Stage. Other weekend events include paddleboard races, learning and science exhibits, and silent auction.
