A new Official Stops program expands this year’s popular boating gathering beyond the main beach venue, with participating restaurants and properties hosting events throughout the week. Hosted by Wally Castro Marine, Marcos Rivera, and the BVI Tourist Board, the celebration is expected to draw up to 500 boats and more than 6,000 participants from Puerto Rico and the British Virgin Islands.
