Welcome to Sam Masterman and John Gaillard! The Caribbean Sailing Association (CSA) is pleased to announce the appointment of both men as new junior measurers, to support the measurement team in Antigua. The CSA has a network of measurers spanning the Caribbean. As some of the organization’s experienced measurers age out, the CSA is committed to training local talent to step into these vital positions. Sandy Mair, a measurer in Antigua for more than 40 years, has been instrumental in mentoring and equipping the next generation of measurers with the training and skills needed to take on the role.
