The Morgan Catalina 41 Classic is a substantial offshore cruising yacht designed around comfort, stability and passagemaking capability. Her center cockpit configuration, generous beam and spacious two-cabin interior make her equally well suited to extended cruising, liveaboard use or exploring the islands.
This Morgan is particularly well equipped for independent cruising. Her Yanmar 4JHBE 44 HP naturally aspirated diesel provides dependable auxiliary power, while a 475-watt solar array and Rutland wind generator provide renewable charging capability. A Spectra watermaker, 215 gallons of freshwater capacity, substantial battery capacity and extensive ground tackle add to her cruising independence.
The center cockpit provides a protected helm and working area while creating a private aft owner’s cabin. Below deck, the layout offers two double cabins, two heads, a spacious salon, dedicated navigation station and a well-equipped galley.
Her cruising sail inventory includes an Ullman Dacron roller-furling genoa and Ullman Dacron full-batten mainsail with three reefs, along with a nylon drifter, storm main, storm jib and spinnaker.
With her proven cruising design, substantial storage, renewable power sources and offshore-oriented equipment, the Morgan Catalina 41 Classic remains an attractive platform for sailors looking to spend extended time aboard and explore beyond the horizon.
