Honey, I’m home!
Up until this very moment, you were fine. You thought everything was fine, that is. You were probably doing some quotidian task, minding your own business, and then – BAM! It hits you. The question.
“WHERE HAVE THEY BEEN?”
I know, I know. It’s been a long, long – LONG – time since I wrote here. I’m sorry! I really am! I know you’ll forgive me. I was working hard, cooking delicious food and taking photos of sunsets.
Ok, I understand if you don’t forgive me. But I promise I’ll do better in the future.
In all honesty, since the last time I wrote (which was so long ago I don’t even want to admit the date), we finished up a BVI charter season with 23 charters; hauled out the boat and got a new paint job; transited down to St. Maarten; completed two months worth of improvements (Lolalita is our home, after all!) ; did 4 more charters (yes, that makes 27 for the year, PHEW!); and started the season all over again at Christmas. It’s been a long, exhausting few months and I feel I *finally* have time to “catch up” with my interweb-ly friends.
