Where to watch: From the water: barges sit at the Inner Harbor entrance (100-yard zone) and off the Domino Sugar wharf (800-foot zone); spectator boats and water-taxi cruises hold in the Northwest Harbor and outer Inner Harbor outside those rings. Ashore: Inner Harbor promenade, Federal Hill Park, Harbor East; a drone show ran at Middle Branch Park in 2026.
