Downtown Panama City’s Salute to Freedom festival ends with fireworks over St. Andrews Bay at the city marina. The display usually goes up at 9:00 pm. Where to watch: From the water: the show fires over St. Andrews Bay off the downtown marina, so boats watch from the bay outside the launch area; no boater rules found. Ashore: the Panama City Marina and downtown waterfront.
