Fast cats and international crews will take over the waters off St. Barth November 18–22, when around 40 Formula 18 catamarans line up for four days of racing. Professional and amateur teams from France, England, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, Argentina and the U.S. are expected. “The race village on Saint-Jean Beach puts spectators close to the action, where they can watch the starts and finishes and enjoy the atmosphere around the racing,” says Elodie Ghezzi, event coordinator. Ashore, four themed evenings keep the energy going, with nightly public events and entertainment at Gyp Sea Beach.
