Corpus Christi’s 47-plus-year-old Big Bang ends with fireworks from a barge on Corpus Christi Bay, with marina slips offered to boaters who want to watch from the water. The display usually goes up at about 9:30 pm. Where to watch: From the water: the city fires from a barge in Corpus Christi Bay off the bayfront (2025 zone: 900 feet around the barge); the city marina rents transient slips for fireworks viewing from the water. Ashore: the bayfront along Shoreline Boulevard and The Water’s Edge Park.
