Taina
A 2025 Lagoon 42 bareboat catamaran, three cabins and three heads, based year-round at Puerto del Rey Marina in Fajardo.

Puerto del Rey Marina, Fajardo, Puerto Rico
Year-round Confirmed
Taina is one of the newest boats in the Sail Caribe fleet: a 2025 Lagoon 42 with three cabins, each with its own head. That is the layout three couples, or a family that values a closed door, tend to ask for.
Air conditioning, a generator and a watermaker mean a night at anchor doesn’t depend on getting back to the marina, and the flybridge puts the helm and the best seat aboard in the same place. Starlink can be added for the week if someone has to stay reachable.

Sailing from Fajardo: Culebra, Vieques and the Spanish Virgins
Puerto Rico's east coast is the jumping-off point for the Spanish Virgin Islands. Isla Palomino is a short first hop from Fajardo, and Culebra, Culebrita and Vieques lie east and south, each within a day's sail. They are all part of Puerto Rico, so there is no customs clearance between the marina and their anchorages. Going on to the US or British Virgin Islands is a border crossing with its own rules, so check with your charter company before you plan it.
