SALE BY PUBLIC AUCTION

TAKE NOTE that on Friday the 12th day of December 2014 the sailing vessel “Snowbird” will be sold pursuant to an order of the High Court of Justice in BVIHAD2014/0002 made on 13th November 2014.

The Admiralty Marshal will put the under-mentioned vessel up for sale by public auction at 9:00 a.m. at the High Court Registry, Main Street, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands

Description: Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Sloop built by
Novis Marine USA in 2007 as a 2008 model
C&C115 with approximate dimensions 37’9” x 6’8”.

  1. The ship may be inspected upon prior arrangements with the Admiralty Marshal.
  2. If a bid is accepted by the Admiralty Marshal the purchaser shall pay a deposit of 10% of the purchase price on or before 4.30 pm on the day of the sale to the Admiralty Marshal failing which the sale shall have no force and effect. The deposit shall be made in cash or by a Manager’s cheque drawn on a bank in
  3. The balance remaining on the purchase price after payment of the deposit shall be paid to the Admiralty Marshal within thirty-five (35) days of the date of the sale failing which the sale shall have no force and
  4. The thirty-five (35) day period mentioned in paragraph 2 above may only be extended with the permission of the High Court.
