The Caribbean Marine Gods have put the focus clearly on Puerto Rico in the middle of March. Dates have been set for the annual Puerto Rico International Regatta. Scheduled for March 16th to 18th, 2012, the dates coincide exactly with the previously scheduled Puerto Rico Heineken Regatta (www.prheinekenregatta.com). This gives you two huge reasons to be in Puerto Rico in the middle of March. Come race your boat or come buy a boat… Either way, the marine industry is happy.
NOTE – The Puerto Rico Boat Show will be held at the well known, Puerto del Rey Marina (www.puertodelrey.com) on the east end of the island. As many of you remember, there was a series of annual boat shows that were held there. Great to see it come back to life again.
Booths are still available starting at $995 for the show and in water slips are available to sell your boat starting at $350.
