Although he was behind his two closest competitors going into the Quantum Sails IC24 International on the last day, Sunday, December 9, BVI Olympian Robbie Hirst won a victory in the final race, a three-way tie-breaker, to prevail over Chris Curreri from St. Thomas and the defending champ, Chris Rosenberg.
